4. ARCO rights and how to exercise them
As the Data Subject, you have the right to:

- Object to the processing of your personal data for specific purposes.
These are known as “ARCO” rights. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you may have granted us for the processing of your data.

- The Data Subject’s full name and an email address to which we can send our response.
- Documents proving your identity (or, where applicable, that of your legal representative).

SPL | Strategic Partners Legal will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 (twenty) business days from the date the complete request was received, in accordance with Article 31 of the LFPDPPP.
5. Use of cookies and tracking technologies
The Site uses cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to improve your browsing experience, compile usage statistics and, where applicable, display relevant advertising. These technologies allow us to collect data such as browser type, operating system, pages visited, browsing time and IP address.

6. Security measures
SPL | Strategic Partners Legal has implemented administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorised use, access or processing.
7. International data transfers
Should your personal data be transferred to a third party located outside Mexico (for example, web hosting providers or analytics tools with servers abroad), such transfer will be carried out in accordance with Article 36 of the LFPDPPP and only with providers that undertake to comply with this Privacy Notice and with applicable regulations.

- Contact form: the details you enter into the form are processed through FormSubmit (Devro LABS), with servers in the United States, which forwards them to the firm’s email address and keeps a copy for a maximum of 30 days.
- Site hosting: Hostinger International Ltd.
